Call for Paper

2007 Austronesian Forum will address the issues concerning traditional indigenous wisdom and indigenous intellectual property rights, especially in the following areas:

Papers and proposals that address other issues and themes broadly related to these themes are also welcome.

Deadline for submission（please send electronic files）

The Council of Indigenous Peoples, Executive Yuan has every right to collect all the papers of “2007 Austronesian Forum” and publish them in the form of a journal; to take photographs and any other forms of audio-visual recording during the conference. The Council of Indigenous Peoples, Executive Yuan, Taiwan also has the right to release publicly the author’s photographs, speeches, works etc. related to the said conference.

The Types of Presentation
1. Poster presentation：Proposal （Abrstract）：1 page A4 size. Please layout 　by yourself. We will publish in （90*150 cm）poster.
2. Paper will be selected by the committee and you will be informed of the result 　by September 30.
3. Full paper length：If you want your paper to be published, we also accept within 　3000-5000 words test of your paper.
4. Do keep a copy of your paper with you, for we will not give you back the 　materials that you send to us.

Format of your paper
1. Word Document
2. Font type：Time new Roman
3. Font size：Body of text： 12pt
4. Font size：main heading 14pt bold,sub heading 12pt bold
5. Author & co-Author：name, institution/ workplace, e-mail address
6. Text in English
7. The text includes the following paragraphs：
　- introduction（focus and aims）
　- methods
　- results and
　- conclusions（implications）
　- 3-5 key words

Paper and Bibliography：APA format
